the location was ideal, with easy access to various malls and restaurants. the rooms were neat and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. the staff was friendly and the service was satisfactory. the breakfast offered a variety of options, including coffee and bacon. the hotel also had wireless internet, although it was a bit slow.
The language barrier with the hotel staff made communication a bit difficult.

Right by the airport, 30 km. Perfect place for a city trip in Hangzhou! There was free parking.

the staff and rooms of the hotel. very close to the venue you can see beautiful tourist places like wulin square. we strongly recommend as we really enjoyed regal plaza.

Great Stay! Really enjoyed my time here. the hotel offered amazing amenities, including free wifi and a delicious breakfast. the location was also perfect, situated just a short walk away from the bustling city center and an array of restaurants and shops.

The hotel has two elevators which almost guarantee you won't wait for more than two minutes to get back to your room. The breakfast was quite varied and they had enough coffee to start the day fresh. , the location is very convenient for a business trip, with malls, restaurants, and shops nearby.
The rooms were quite old and not so clean. Unfortunately, my room had a strange smell the whole time.
